The placement, systematization, and provision of access to materials are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of intellectual property protection, in particular the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Copyright and Related Rights” (including Articles 3, 21, 49), which regulates the legal status of copyright objects, the conditions of their use, and the mechanisms of legal protection.
The formation of the “Literature” section is based on the chronological and legal status of the sources:
• publications issued before 1958 are considered to have entered the public domain due to the expiration of copyright protection (70 years after the author’s death) and are provided in full-text format (PDF);
• materials published after 1958 are presented exclusively in the form of bibliographic descriptions due to current copyright restrictions.
Access to excerpts from these publications may be granted upon an individual request sent to the email address: kaznui.edu.lib@mail.ru

Access to materials is provided in a limited scope and in strict compliance with applicable legislation.
